SWANSCOMBE WARD SURGERY

Good afternoon residents,

I hope this finds you well - I just wanted to say I attended the Swans Cafe yesterday for the Swanscombe ward surgery where sadly I did not see or speak to any residents. 

Now I know there are issues within the area, and this is a time/place to raise them outside of contacting the Police via preferred means, but it also means I can see you and you can see me. 

What I would ask is what would work better for people going forward? I appreciate doing it at the weekends in the evening would be preferred however our senior leaders have put a block on these timings until September due to the peak summer period. 

Lastly in good news, we have a new colleague on the team - PC 31249 Niamh DOHERTY. Niamh's career has been spent within the neighbourhood unit but under a different team. She comes to Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Greenhithe & Knockhall keen to get stuck in and hold offenders to account.
